Terms & Conditions

1. Save our Rivers and Sea from Sewage (SORS-FS) is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to combating sewage pollution and protecting our rivers and seas.
2. SORS-FS operates under its designated mandate, using an evidence-based approach to address the water pollution crisis and advocating for the repair, replacement, and upgrade of broken wastewater treatment works and sewerage infrastructure.
3. SORS-FS relies on the generosity of the public through donations, sponsorships, and voluntary assistance to carry out its mission and initiatives.
4. By donating to or volunteering with SORS-FS, I support their vision and mission, and authorise them to request funds from my Credit or Debit card as per the specified amount and date on the Donation page.
5. SORS-FS’s management, executive, and board hold decision-making authority in line with their mandate, and I acknowledge that their efforts and actions are within their discretion.
6. I understand that SORS-FS’s ability to provide support and address incidents is contingent upon their capacity and available funds, and there is no guaranteed long-term assistance.
7. As a voluntary donor, I have the right to cancel my monthly debit order or other selected funding methods at any time.
8. I acknowledge that as a donor to SORS-FS, I do not expect any direct services or benefits from the organisation.
9. SORS-FS cannot guarantee the outcome of their actions and initiatives, and they cannot be held liable for damages resulting from any gross neglect or wilful behaviour of their staff, volunteers and consultants.
